Using chrome version 72.0.3626.121 (Build oficial) (32 bits)

I cannot see the bottom of the websites I'm developing with device toolbar active. The same happens with the official doc site of semantic.

Steps

1- Open this link with chrome
2- Inspect any element and click on "Toogle device toolbar"
3- Go to the bottom of this web

Expected Result

I expect to see all the content of this html

Actual Result

The bottom is the web isn't accesible
