Add support for P2P audio streaming in the same way Spotify does.

-[ ] split webp2p.io
-[ ] split shareit-core and left only file transfers (#131)
-[ ] change distribution algorythm to request chunks in order (previously to be played - realtime)
-[ ] play recomposed audio file
