Is this app will be updated one day? I was trying to see if someone already do it in this format but the build is from 2016...

No, because PortableApps not adds .NET Framework using apps, so it would be waste of time.

"If the app works with both 3.5 and 4, we'll add it. It'll work on Windows 7,8 and 10 without modification"

There have been some people releasing new versions.
Portable Apps forum: 12.4.1 latest version
Thumbapps: 12.0.0

ShareX using .NET Framework 4.6.2 .

Why does ShareX need .NET Framework 4.8?
