Quick Task Menu does not appear after video capture #1540

After stopping a screen recording (region), the post-task toast appears, but the quick task menu does not appear. I believe the quick task menu should appear after capturing (like still screen shots).
I don't know if this is or isn't expected behavior.

Show quick task menu is enabled under After capture tasks
