It doesn't look like they have an API. It'd be easy enough to create an anonymous TextSnip by simulating the POST action, but then we would need to parse the HTML response in order to pull out the URL. That would be a very clumsy and inadvisable way to integrate with them.

Textsnip website domain has expired so there is no pointing having a support when one of the website domains has expired.
