[Feature Request] Batch Processing for Image Effects Under Tools

As a tech blogger, I work with a lot of screenshots. I am sure others must too. We need batch processing feature for Image effects under Tools. This would help us resize images, apply a border, and apply other effects in bulk, saving so much time.
