Error installing 13.4.0 from 13.3.0 "This program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running"

"This program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running". The error shows up after ShareX suggests the update:

, it is downloaded fine but then when trying to install it throws this error:

My Windows Version:

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19041.746]

Windows 10 Education 2004 w/ Windows Feature Experience Pack (whatever that is)

Are there any logs I can check for more info?
