Prevent from prompting error message "This feature is not operational when the 'DisableUpload' option is activated!" when taking screenshots

All features related to upload should be disabled silently when "DisableUpload" option is activated. That is not an error, the application should not prompt any error message for that reason. It's a natural logic, just like if someone turns off the high-side switch, the low-side switch should automatically become invalid, all devices connected to the low-side switch should be turned off instead of "still power on but unavailable".

• Or automatically disable the "Upload to Host" task.
• Or tell user WHICH feature should be manually disabled if user don't want to see the message.
