Add a backend settings tab including:

  • Validation rules for username/password
  • Profiles feature (on/off)
  • Friends feature (on/off)
  • Groups/Roles feature (on/off)

Implemented settings. Only the validation settings currently have an effect. The toggle switches do not currently have an effect.

Add the additional settings:

  • Email notifications for various email types. See email template issue for more information.

Added email notifications to the Settings model.

Settings are patially implemented and functioning, but this issue will need to be reopened later.
