Been following along on the creation of this feature upstream and looks super interesting. Need to play with it more but I'm happy with what's here. |

This PR adds support for the great work that Eric has completed: pointfreeco/swift-snapshot-testing#628
png support only for now. I'll be working on updating the HEIC library next.
