Record audio are coruppted. #2

So I tried to record in a vc for around 10 seconds. But it only outputted a 1 seconds audio and the audio sounds corrupted. Here is the link of the audio: Link

I have the same issue

It prints "Exception: None" and generates an audio file but then it is corrupted and mostly silent
