Mostly an Ashita only release this time:

• XIPivot will now use Ashita's logging system so diagnostic messages can be found there even in release versions
• added an imgui based configuration UI that can be displayed in-game
• removed the /pivot status command use /pivot without arguments instead
• modified /pivot without arguments to open the configuration GUI

XIPivot is now included in the official Ashita plugin list which allows for easy installation and updates
