Android app: Main menu item only for logging.

In the settings menu there is a main menu in which you can only set the log level (ERROR, WARN, ...). For once, perhaps a single menu is exaggerated. Furthermore, an average user needs this setting rather little. Normally you set it when you want to debug or at the instruction of the app developers. With other apps, this menu item is located in the "advanced settings" area.
