Steps to Reproduce

1 - Create cart and set buyer identity
2 - Open Checkout URL with the Checkout Sheet
3 - Close Sheet
4 - Fetch Cart
5 - Buyer Identity properties are set to null

Expected Behavior

The buyer identity properties to stay after checkout sheet is closed.

Actual Behavior

The buyer identity properties are set to null

Hi @Lisomatrix we're aware of the issue (It has also been raised on the swift repo: Shopify/checkout-sheet-kit-swift#160) and it has been assigned to the relevant team.

I don't have an estimate for when it might be resolved yet though unfortunately
