I have tried all the ways to solve but I am still facing same error "The app couldn’t be loaded
This app can’t load due to an issue with browser cookies. Try enabling cookies in your browser, switching to another browser, or contacting the developer to get support."

Could you share your steps for reproduction?
I.e. How did you clone the app? (npm init @shopify/app@latest ?) How did you run the app? What browser you are using?
Did you make any code changes? If so could you share a minimal repository of an app that can reproduce this?

I've sorted out the problem. The time on my system was two minutes behind.
