Auto setup the tools with oauth keys etc.

Automate the flow for creating an account with Vend and then fetching a clientId/secret and then grabbing & saving the oauth credentials for the CLI tool to use ... all done is a headless browser fashion, straight from the terminal ... which, currently, is a high-friction scenario for retailers who want to use this tool. Of course some work will go into testing and tweaking for both windows and mac.

Goals

1. Release something as simple as vend-tools setup -u username -p password for users so that oauth creds are auto setup.
2. Release something that can be used both on windows and mac.
