The Sentinel Infrared Telescope is counted as a sample return experiment

Presumably this is because of a stock config, but it makes more sense to allow transmission - it is a digital camera on the telescope, isn't it?

So I fixed that in with System/Science.cfg:
@module[ModuleScience]:HAS[#experimentID[infraredTelescope]] { @xmitDataScalar = 1 }

Then I noticed that its data size is 30MB, whereas experiments near it in the tech tree and in science gain are more like 600-900.
