Description

It would be really nice to get an alert if there are more than x read or write failures within a period of time.

0.2.0

What operating system are you running (e.g. Ubuntu 22.04, macOS, Windows 11)?

Ubuntu 22.04, windows 10 chrome.

Anything else?

I had a case where i accidently over provisioned the amount of space. I was getting read/write errors but no alerts. It would have been nice to get an alert as I would have been able to spot the problem and fix is sooner. This also goes for a failed drive.
