There are times when it's not advantageous to be moving around trying to pick up soul fragments as a havoc demon humter. Add a checkbox to toggle whether `pick_up_fragments` should be suggested or not.
The name of the action for havoc demon hunter is simply `metamorphosis`, not `metamorphosis_havoc` as it was in the past. This correctly triggers adding a checkbox to only suggest Metamorphosis on boss fights.
