un RAO lamenta di non avere la possibilità di resettare la password che ha bloccato. E' prevista questa funzionalità?

Salve, ci sono aggiornamenti a riguardo?
Un Amministratore dichiara di non ricevere l'email per il reset della password, mentre tutte le altre email arrivano correttamente all'indirizzi degli operatori! e' possibile avere informazioni in merito alla risoluzione di tale problematica?
Qualcuno dei gestori del progetto potrebbe rispondere?
