Un utente Amministratore ha bloccato il pin.
Il blocco è avvenuto durante la creazione di un nuovo Utente, in circostanze misteriose, l'Amministratore ha inserito il pin ricopiandolo da una trascrizione ed è quindi sicuro di averlo inserito correttamente. Alla conferma per la creazione dell'Utente non dava alcuna notifica e in qualche modo la procedura risultava fallita. Dopo qualche tentativo il pin risultava bloccato.
Comunque si chiede come poter resettare questa condizione.
