Game crash after selecting country

I have successfully installed the mod (version 1.27I), and it seems to start without issue. However, once I select a country to play, the game immediately crashes. I have looked at some of the logs: error.log and debug.log. The former lists errors such as:

The debug log mentions issues loading some textures:

Go to files, click documents, then Paradox Interactive, then Victoria 2, then delete any files that say HFM, delete the old hfm files, redownload HFM again and when you put the right folders in the right spot it should work.
