Anybody have any luck running Signalr in Medium Trust on a shared host?

SignalR doesn't work and will not work in medium trust. What are you planning to use SignalR for? How many concurrent connections does your shared hoster allow?

I'm actually hosting it on Rackspace Cloud Sites so I'm not sure what kind of limitations for connections they might have, or if you would just pay more for more connections (they charge for bandwidth and "compute cycles"). I was thinking about using it for notifying users in real time as background processing jobs they started complete. Thanks for the quick response, saved me some time mucking about with it. Hopefully I can work SignalR into another project, this is some seriously cool stuff man.
