What is the purpose of this pull request (PR)?
Removes the old bitcoin dev's pgp keys and adds mine. Everyone else please add theirs too.
Any background context to help the reviewer?
This is developer related stuff for building binaries among the different platfroms.
Was this PR tested and how?
It is a start, still more housekeeping stuff like this that will make Gitian building much smoother.
