Problem

It's useful to easily modify some model parameters for cardiac electrophysiology from the XML file in order to perform sensitivity studies and uncertainty quantification.

Solution

Expose two relevant parameters of the Bueno-Orovio ionic model, namely tau_fi and tau_si, to the XML interface.
