Problem

ustruct/struct 0D coupling test cases (included in PR #188) use genBC for the 0D models. Soon, 0D coupling with svZeroDSolver will be available (#70). When this is completed, genBC will be deprecated and we should change the (u)struct 0D coupling test cases to use svZeroDSolver instead of genBC.

Solution

Replace genBC with svZeroDSolver in (u)struct 0D coupling test cases.
