Description

No alerts for new events in calendar

Steps to reproduce

Have a user set up to receive alerts when a new event goes into the calendar.
Have an admin post a new event.
The user will not get an alert about the event.

Environment (complete as necessary)

SMF Version : 2.1.3
Database Type: MariaDB
Database Version: 10.4.27
PHP Version: 8.0.25

Additional information/references

You do still get alerts when someone replies to the event post. Just the initial event is not sending an alert/notification .
