Version 2.0 Release

First source release. The remaining planned functions have now been implemented.

Releases will now include a separate copy of CreosonSetup which is required to do a full build from the source. It is not needed for execution if you have already downloaded CreosonServer.

There was no production 1.0 release; version 1 was a series of pre-releases.
