1 - GitHub Project Board - Stephen - 60 minutes

  • Welcome - meeting introduction - We want these meetings to be working meetings.
  • Open GitHub problem board and go through and update each task. Hand over to other team members for updates as required. Flag up what people need to know about the issue. Ask if there are any questions for that issue ?
  • How and when should we close an issue?
  • Any general questions ?

  • Show how to create a GitHub Board issue for a new month (July)
  • Look at differences in how people document their meetings
  • Discuss value of practical session if few people are here - should we make short "how-to" videos instead?
