  • Education - nope, Tommy mentioned he hasn't done summaries for all meetings so this looks like one that wasn't done
  • Ambassador assembly - agreed we're not archiving these
  • Ambassador TH - just the video
  • Incubation 6th Sept - chased, but no reply, so recording as "no summary given"
  • Deepfunding TH - just the video
  • Video - Vani is meeting Rojo this Fri (20th Oct 23) so will ask (Later: Rojo didn't make it, so recording this week as "no summary given")
  • Writers -coming soon? Kenichi has it, but needs to edit (Later: no progress on this yet, so recording this week as "no summary given" and will ask again)

The meetings we consistently get no summaries for are:

  • Ambassador Assembly - do Ambassadors prefer it not to be archived?

  • Video WG - need to find out if they prefer not to be archived, and - is this OK? or is it considered part of a WG's work?

Writers WG summary is a bounty and posted in the Writers WG channel - Kenichi
Timing issues associated with meeting summary bounties - Vani

  • Action - Vani to meet with Kenichi on meeting templates
  • Should Deep Funding TH be on our list ? - Vani
  • Should we just provided link to Deep Funding Video ?
  • Attendees could provide summary by bounty - Kenichi

  • Action Item - talk to Deep Funding focus group and DF team about bounties for archiving and/or timestamping - @VanCardui
  • Deep Funding has its own dework board - so potential infrastructure is in place
