Background traits/ideals/bonds/flaws unavailable with Eberron House Agent background

Using Hero Lab v8.9H and community pack v3.8.

With either the Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron and/or the Eberron - Rising from the Last War sourcebook(s) enabled, selecting the House Agent background makes all background personality traits, ideals, bonds, and flaws unavailable. The only option available for each is "custom".

Additionally, no House Agent Roles are available, and selecting "Add..." simply prompts with "nothing to choose from!".
