Test the relationship of the ball impact point to velocity imparted

The farther from the center of the paddle the ball impact is, the greater the force that should be applied to the ball. This can be tested by placing debug statements that would output the velocity imparted, and measure the difference going from 0.0 offset, out to the edge of the paddle
