Bluehost appears to have 'max_user_connections' set to a very low number as this is shared hosting.

May need to request app to try again after a few seconds if this error occurs.

Could also have the script sleep if there are too many connections.

Going to start by changing the default time to the time the app is installed in version 2.1.2

Will consider changes to the server code if still needed.

May still change default time, will close after version 2.1.2 as webapp v3 will not use a database.

Using json caching instead of mysql so problem no longer exists.
