Setups like these(which I use commonly for OOP inheritance with several entities) are impossible without having to exit VSCode and do everything within studio's editor, since in VSCode+Aero you can only instance folders under other folders.

Just an update: This is currently blocked by another enhancement process to improve the overall extension. Once that effort is completed, this will be back on the to-do list.
