Summary

Some generic tests are reported as failed in the dashboard. For instance, but not only:

https://slicer.cdash.org/test/23033262
https://slicer.cdash.org/test/23036984
https://slicer.cdash.org/test/23036983

It seems there are problems with loading dependencies (possibly setting dependency paths)

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

These tests should legit pass

This has been discussed on discourse again https://discourse.slicer.org/t/extension-tests-fail-on-cdash-why/26571. @mauigna06

@jcfr, let me know if there is a plan for this. I could contribute to move this forward.
