Add an option to save S0

From Stephan: "In the DWIModeling module I need to be able to retrieve S0. Apparently this is currently discarded and there is no option to retrieve it. This S0 is actually very important and I regret not telling you that from the beginning. I would appreciate if you could complement the DWImodeling module with an option to save this parameter."
