Re-exported some mods on unity 2017.4, all loads perfectly on singleplayer. However, when I upload those mods to server then it won't let me to connect (both: server and my client are on preview branch (3.28.0.0 version). Logs doesn't really show anything, only that server loaded without any errors. Yet, if I try to connect I am stuck on a screen shown below, and nothing new pops-up on console.

Judging by the existing error checks I think you might have an effect with splatters missing? Right now there isn't a warning message when the splatter_X gameobject is missing. I've bulletproofed that and added a warning message in today's update.
