Pop up refresh button when widget has not loaded for X amount of time

When a widget has not been refreshed in a certain amount of time. A button should be popped up telling the user that the data might be too old to be valuable and responding to a click by refreshing the widget data.

This feature is implemented at least in the Android version, see code there for inspiration.
