よさそうです→eligrey/FileSaver.js

Note: The standard HTML5 canvas.toBlob() method is not available in all browsers.

とありますが、今はほとんどの環境で対応してそうです。

react-konva単体でもSaveできそうですが、Refを使うところがきしょいです。
