Import/Crypt Varaible Values from VariableFile into new file. #1

As a user i want to encrypt full variable files to speed up encryption.

It shall be possible to start Crypter with input file and output file.
It uses robot.variables.variables.Variables to import varaiables from file
it stores static *.py files if input is py
it replaces inline in yml and saves a copy if input is yml
it shows a statistic how many replacements has been done
it is possible to print the list of variables in teminal
