Events autorefresh

New events are automatically added to the Events page as they appear in database. This causes the currently opened/investigated event to scroll down and move from user view (as new events are added to the top of the page). Since this happens fairly often, it makes investigation of events from this page nearly impossible (or at least very unpleasant).

Is there a way to disable this feature? If not, would it be a valid feature request? This may be related to issue #44, where I can see the support for this was added recently.
