Retract on layer change does a retract before the print while many purges already do that

How to reproduce

1. Turn on Retract on layer change
2. Slice a file
3. In the start of the gcode it retracts and later unretracts.

Actual results

Couple of mm on start of print isnt extruded because of this.

Expected results

Only retract on layers > 1.

So just remove the retract and unretract from the first layer because it messes with the extruder and its not needed
