Always returning failureRedirect #4

The process works till /auth/linkedin/callback and i can see that it return authorization codeand status correctly. The process stops at this stage and is redicted to failureRedirect. It does not go to Step 3: Exchange Authorization Code for an Access Token (as per documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/shared/authentication/authorization-code-flow?context=linkedin/consumer/context)

Do i have to do anything extra to make it work. Any help will be much appreciated.
