Describe the bug
On install screen, I get the error..
Not null violation: 7 ERROR: column "company_id" of relation "app_config" contains null values

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Git Pull
2. Went thru install steps
3. Pull up symfony serve:start
4. Chose postgre db driver

Expected behavior
Install database

i've the same error but not at the same step. I have it when i try to create an admin user. I use the branch 2.2.x
