🐛 Bug report

There seems to be an issue with the following quest : https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=7429/free-knot#comments

When turning it in I got no reputation gain with the Steamwheedle Cartel.

Expected behavior

The quest should give 150 reputation with the Steamwheedle Cartel.

Steps to reproduce

Go to DM North.
Kill mobs until Gordok Shackle Key drops.
Speak to Knot to fulfill the quest.
