[FEATURE REQUEST] separate config options for flux recipes

Hi

I think it would be great if it was possible to disable redstone -> flux recipe for bedrock, but not for flux block. This way you could gate access to the mod via access to the flux. Once the player has a few flux, they can make their own from redstone using obsidian and a flux block.

In other words, splitting the option enableFluxRecipe in two, one for bedrock, one for flux blocks.
