Integration tests uses LATEST_RELEASE of plugins with old SQ instances.

The assumption that it should work is not valid anymore since the release strategy changed few years ago.

We need to update Orchestration to:

  • use plugins that were shipped with the given version of SQ
  • add IT with LATEST_RELEASE of SQ and use analyzer LATEST_RELEASE only there
