Issue resolution from the IDE

It is now possible to resolve issues that are known to the server directly from the IDE. It is done by choosing Mark issue as... option in the context menu of the selected error list entry. The users are given an option which status to use for the resolution (Accept, False Positive). The issue will then be resolved on the server and removed from the error list (for roslyn issues it might take until the next analysis of this file).
