Not able to access webpanel?

I already created a folder called store in my public_html. Every time I go the URL it says This page isn’t working elementalnetworks.gaming.bz is currently unable to handle this request. I imported all .SQL items into my SQL Database. I have edited database.sample.php, and config.sample.php, and fixed the appropriate things. Any help?

Ensure that the application can write in the application/logs folder.
Check the application and webserver error logs

@Arrow768 how would i go about making it so it can write in the logs folder? It just has an index file in there that says this.

Also yeah same for me the website URL just goes to the index file or is currently unable to handle this request
