CHaMP Metrics

NB: This repo has been moved to https://github.com/Riverscapes/champ_metrics. The current copy will be archived for posterity

The templates folder contains the metric schema definitions for inserting the metrics calculated into the CHaMP API

Test Data is stored on S3. Check the scripts directory for scripts to download / upload it.
